Will my resume or other information be made public?

Career.io will always let you be in control of what information is made public. Resumes and cover letters within our builder tools are visible only to you until you decide to download and share them. You can also send a link directly to your online resume using our “Share a link” feature. 

Please note that once a link is shared, the URL will become permanently associated with your resume and could be shared further by the parties you have sent it to. To prevent this, simply duplicate your resume inside of the builder and delete the previous version. The shared URL will no longer work.

Other Career.io services like our career coaching or job tracker may require your information to be shared with third parties for the purpose of applying to jobs or receiving feedback on your application. See our data protection policy below for more details.
