How can I cancel my subscription?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with’s products and services, you can simply cancel your subscription via the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the “My profile” drop-down menu in the top right corner of your dashboard
  2. Click “My account”
  3. Choose “Modify or cancel subscription”
  4. Click your preferred option to downgrade or cancel your subscription

Please note that once a subscription is canceled, you will still have access to the full range of services and features for the 30-day period following your last payment or the 7-day period following payment of a trial subscription. After this time, you will be downgraded to our free plan and will lose access to any documents or data saved in your account.
